Refund Policy

"Lumos Innovations, LLC " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Lumos Innovations, LLC and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
   1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting contactus@lumosinnovations.com
   2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
   3. Hard goods must be returned to Lumos Innovations, LLC immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting contactus@lumosinnovations.com as directed in step 1.
   4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Lumos Innovations, LLC sole, reasonable discretion.

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.cmmc.lumosinnovations.com:
   • Lumos Innovations does not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges on digital download products. Due to the nature of intellectual property, it is not possible to confirm that Purchaser deleted the ordered material, and that fact dictates the reason Lumos Innovations does not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
   • Once the order is fulfilled (e.g., emailed or made available for download), no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be honored
